VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN (seated) Check off club volunteers as they show up to work. Loan them a vest &/or badge lanyard as needed.
VENDOR MOVE-IN (walking) Guide a vendor to their assigned spot. DO NOT load or unload their goods. Return the empty cart to the load-in location.
FLOOR WALKER (walking) Walk the show wearing a club vest. Answer questions, give a vendor a break (NO selling, just guard their booth), be a presence to discourage theft.
MEMBERSHIP (seated) Answer questions about the club & sell memberships to anyone interested in joining.
Please consider helping with the show in one way or another! If we all pitch in at least a little, then it will go smoothly. You do need to be a SNGMS member to volunteer but need not be there for all the show days. What can you help us with?
